After having dismantled the Turbocharger, all main parts are thouroughly washed and metrologicaly tested in order to insure a perfect quality once re used.

As for the parts which need to be repared, those will be transformed, by our machine tool, milling machine and grinding machine.

All  minorrotation parts and  screws will automatically be changed. Once all the repairing and balanced controls have been achieved, the rotors are being balanced in our balancing machine and the cartridge (CHRA) is tested with high speed and with high oil pressure.

The VSR is used as a trial test and ables to ensure a perfect optimum balance and checked if the oil flow on the turbo is well stopped.

Once completed, the turbo is remounted, ready to be delivered to the customer.
