What is essential for a turbocharger?

Turbocharger has been built to last as long as your engine. The turbo does not need any particular maintenance, though some periodical controls should be respected.
  • Oil changing with regular space (waste oil)
  • Oil charging system well  clean and  filter cartridge in every oil changing
  • Oil pressure should be checked.
  • Air filterchanging.
What is unfavourable for the turbocharger ?
90% of the turbo defect was issued by the following cases :
  • Soaking of foreign object by air intake or by  exhaustive pipe to the turbo.
  • Dirty oil.
  • Bad oil loading(oil pressure/weak air cartridge ).
  • High temperature of the gas(ignition/weak Injection)
These problems should be avoided by the maintenance and regular control engine.
