  The measuring unit is fixed by a hinge system on the machine frame.

Once installed, measuring process is done in few seconds. A graphic displaying on the screen indicating the residual vibration value based on the rotational speed. Besides, software shows the exact angle of unbalance, a cursor positioning on the peak of imbalance to be corrected to achieve a perfect balance of the turbo. Tolerance limit lines according to manufacturers’ specifications indicate to the operator if the turbo is consistent or requires again correction by removing material.

No calibration of the machine is required before use (only positioning the accelerometer on some machines require some advice from us before assembling).

Our measurement system allows us to accurately measure the defects of the turbo before correction by a simple reading of the graph in g / speed / angle on the monitor screen.
