Renovation, repair turbo unitary or series
After disassembling the turbo, all major parts of the turbo are washed, degreased and undergo a metrological control in order to ensure their perfect re-use quality.
All minor parts and bolting are systematically replaced by a new repair kit.
Once all the performed control and repair operations, the core assemblies (CHRA) are balanced on our high speed balancing machine (VSR) under oil pressure. This VSR balancing machine similar to a test bench allow us to ensure an optimum balancing and a perfect sealing of the turbo.
The variable geometry turbochargers are controlled on our flow bench to properly set the minimum opening of the variable geometry.
The turbo is then reassembled, packaged, ready to be delivered.
We provide you with a work oriented to a maximum level of quality with efficiency of turbo of same level than a brand new turbo.
